ASEC Legal Services scoping/editing, proofreading and audio transcription services are priced on a per page basis. The total number of pages is calculated after each individual project is completed. The rate per page is determined by which particular service(s) and turnaround time is required for each project sent to ASEC Legal Services.

Description of Services.

• Standard Scoping. We edit your text and steno, referring to your audio file as needed.
• Scoping Verbatim to Audio. We listen to the entire audio file.
• Proofreading. Scoped text is given a final review for grammar, punctuation and typographical errors.
• Audio Transcription. Audio tapes are transcribed verbatim.

Turnaround Time. Standard delivery of an edited and proofread typical transcript is five days. Deliveries requiring a shorter turnaround time are described below. All turnaround times are based on Transcripts/Orders being received by 5 PM, your local time.
